Southern Security Services Limited, offering a wide range of security solutions for the modern day, in a friendly working environment, is a busy security installation and maintenance provider based in the Bournemouth/Poole area, operating primarily in Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire, travelling further afield when required, and is looking to add to its team of engineers by offering a position with the company as a Security Engineer.
Knowledge in the installation, corrective and preventative maintenance of any of the following disciplines, with a keen attitude to undertaking training in areas you may not yet be proficient and a willingness to develop your skills within the security industry:
Intruder Alarm Systems, mainly Texecom, CCTV Systems, mainly Dahua, Access Control Systems, mainly TDSi & Paxton and Video Audio Entry Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Gate and Door Automation.
The new addition to the team will require a full and clean driving licence. Working hours would be Monday to Friday 09.00 am to 17.30pm based on a 40-hour week, the hourly rate will be dependent on experience. The role would include participation in the out-of-hours emergency call-out rota for which additional remuneration is paid. Southern Security Services Ltd operates the Government Nest pension scheme. The new Security Engineer will be provided with a vehicle, tools, mobile telephone and company-branded clothing for the use of Company work. Any position offered will be on the basis of a satisfactory security screening process, Police PNC and DBS checks.
